The housing selection project for Hefeng Jiayuan resettlement in Dougezhuang Township is scheduled to begin publicizing important information such as the list of resettlement personnel, housing situation and pricing, and housing selection process on December 13, 2021, and complete on-site housing selection work before December 20, 2021. Due to the large number of resettlement people involved in this housing selection project, the long interval between demolition and relocation and the delivery of resettlement housing, the complex legal relationship, and the tight schedule, the work is highly difficult. Beijing Gaodun Law Firm has been commissioned by the Dougezhuang Township Government to provide specialized legal services for the housing selection project of Hefeng Jiayuan resettlement housing.

Lawyer's job responsibilities
Before the project was launched, the Gao Dun legal team assisted the staff in making sufficient preliminary preparations, reviewing and modifying the agreements and documents related to the selection of resettlement housing in Hefeng Jiayuan, including the turnover housing exchange agreement, housing payment settlement agreement, purchase contract, property settlement certificate, preliminary property service contract, implementation plan for the selection and allocation of resettlement housing, and related work processes.
From December 17th to December 20th, 2021, three lawyers will be appointed to provide legal consultation services at the lottery and housing selection sites.
During this period, the Gao Dun legal team received and consulted clients including evicted individuals, resettled individuals, other stakeholders, and on-site staff; Assist on-site staff in handling legal issues related to situations such as the death of displaced persons (or resettled persons), divorce of resettled persons, and internal separation agreements between resettled persons and other stakeholders. As of December 20, 2021, a total of 43 consultation households have been received, involving more than 100 people.

With the joint efforts of all parties, the He Feng Home resettlement housing selection project has been completed in an orderly and satisfactory manner, helping the people to move into their new homes happily.
