To celebrate Women's Day on March 8th, raise awareness of women's rights in the community, protect their legitimate rights and interests, and create a caring community atmosphere for women, Lawyer Cheng Xiaoxiao from Gaodun Law Firm conducted legal knowledge lectures on women's rights protection in the Lvfeng Community, Yangguang Community, and Cultural Communication Community of Dougezhuang Township on March 2nd and March 8th, respectively.

In the lecture, Lawyer Cheng explained in detail the provisions on women's rights and interests in the "Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests", "Civil Code", "Labor Contract Law", and "Anti Domestic Violence Law". Through legal explanations, case introductions, and other forms, he explained in a simple and understandable way which rights and interests of women are protected by law, and how to seek legal protection when their rights and interests are violated. Community residents who participated in the activity listened carefully to Lawyer Cheng's explanation and sought legal advice from Lawyer Cheng.

The purpose of this lecture on popularizing legal knowledge is to enhance the legal thinking and awareness of women, so as to better guide them to form a conscious awareness of abiding by the law, seeking the law when encountering problems, and relying on the law to solve problems. After the lecture, Gaodun Law Firm, together with the community, distributed small gifts to the resident aunties. The aunties expressed that the lecture enriched their legal knowledge and enhanced their legal awareness.
